Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Equipment incorrectly ordered must be returned within 7 days of delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Return Requirements
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- All returns require prior authorization, contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) first.
- The return address is the address notified by customer service email: service@fnirsidso.com.
- Please attach your name, phone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.
- The policy applies exclusively to orders purchased from www.fnirsidso.com store. If you purchased from other retailers, you are not entitled to a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Products that have been turned on or used.
Receive items have been more than 14 days.
Returns Process
- Step 1 Contact Us: Please contact us first, customer service email: service@fnirsidso.com.
- Step 2 Get Return Address: We will provide our return address.
- Step 3 Ship Back to Us: Please attach the order number, your email and return or exchange reasons on the return note, and ship it with your items together back to our warehouse.
- Step 4 Refund: We will process your return request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to the bank account via the original payment method.
Note: Please do not privately return the address on the package, contact us first before you return the parcel in case of unnecessary trouble.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@fnirsidso.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@fnirsidso.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
