Warranty

We stand behind our products and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact service@fnirsidso.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve the problem.

All fnisridso.com products are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Any product found to be defective within the warranty period would be repaired or replaced. Our warranty for all products is limited solely to free-of-charge depot repair or replacement, at fnisridso.com discretion, of defective products within 30 days of shipment to Buyer.

Beyond the initial 30 days period and within the warranty period of a product, the customer has to bear the cost of shipment of the faulty unit to us. We will be responsible for repairing and shipping this back to the customer.

In this case, customers need to get authorization first for replacement or maintenance. Kindly contact service@fnirsidso.com to process in first time.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Out of warranty;
2) Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product as required by the Manual;
3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering, or other tampering;
4) Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions;
5) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.);
6) Other damages not caused by design, technology, manufacturing or quality problems of the product itself.
